chlorophyll for low magnesium?

My mixed GSD pup, Sadie, is almost 8 months old and has been having GI issues since she was 4.5 months old. At that time, she had SIBO (clostridium overgrowth), was given metronidazole for a week and improved, but her bowel movements have never returned 100% back to normal like she was before the SIBO. I've tried feeding LID and we recently saw an an internal specialist who ran robust series of tests (ultrasound, complete blood work, SIBO, EPI) and so far everything has come back normal.

Sadie has a VERY healthy appetite and is very food-motivated. Ever since I adopted her, she has enjoyed being our lawn mower and consuming copious amounts of grass and acorns. I thought she would grow out of this after teething, but she still enjoys supplementing her diet with this stuff. I did some research and found that chlorophyll and acorns are actually very high in magnesium. Her blood work did show a slightly low level of magnesium, along with slightly low platelets and her phosphorus counts are on the higher end. Of course, she is still a pup and the reference ranges are based on adult numbers, so I'm sure this can be normal.

My question is has anyone tried giving chlorophyll or magnesium supplements to their dog? I'm wondering if this would help curb her grass and acorn eating. We have her on a special GI diet now (Royal Canin GI Puppy) and the vet wants me to strictly feed her only this over the next 8 weeks along with Tylan, but I am concerned that the acorns are causing some of her digestive upset.
