John, it is an event with a bunch of venders that is strictly all about pets and animals. I know there are tables there with various rescue groups and different dog clubs and also tables that sell merchandise. There are also demonstrations being held in different areas for example last year there was dock diving set up with demonstrations of that.
I worked our GSD club's table last year with Molly and was there answering questions for people about the breed and what our club offers. I know this year our club is putting on an obedience demo on either Saturday or Sunday.

The event is HUGE and it is all about animals. I look forward to working it again this year as well

I was so glad the Pet Expo was back at the race track. So much better than last year!!! Molly and I worked our club's table on Saturday from 4-6 and then we strolled around and checked out the different vendors. We both had a great time!

I completely agree.

We spent a lot longer at the show and everyone we talked to was happy to be back at Arlington Park.
Nicky, Sorry we missed you, we went on Sunday morning. Did you happen to see the beautiful black gsd puppy named Harley at the GSD Rescue of Northern IL?

I did not see the puppy, but I did hear about him/her. I wasn't able to spend too much time browsing around because we had plans that evening with friends. Next year I plan to spend a lot more time there and a lot more money
