Zoey had a root canal and a crown done on her lower left canine this past week. There were 2 appts. one for the RC and another to seat the crown, that part went well. What we didn't know was that she had broken the back off of one of her upper incisors some time ago and there were signs that at some point she had infection. We didn't have a clue, the tooth looked fine from the front and you needed a mirror to see the damage. I felt horrible, that must of been painful yet she never let on that there was an issue, always happy. We had them pull it during her second appt.

Maybe some people already use a mirror, but if you don't, you may want to get one. We looked her over pretty well after the collision with Ranger that resulted in her canine being damaged and we still missed it.

Lisl is probably sick of me proding, probing, and examining her. I'm constantly looking out for anything out of the ordinary, including broken teeth, cut pads, bugs, eye boogers, or anything else.
