I am an unaltered female, tan and black German Shepherd Dog.
My age is unknown and I weigh 71 pounds.
I was picked up in Charlotte.
I have been at the shelter since Jun 21, 2008.

I checked on this girl while talking to them about the male. She said there is a rescue group with a 571 area code interested in her (N. Virginia area code?) Can someone confirm?

You have to list yourself as an Interest Party at this shelter to make sure they call you before they do anything. I call on many dogs at that shelter and that is my number, 571-242-5694. Somone being listed as an IP doesn't in anyway mean that the dog is safe.

I don't know who ncentity is but her info is faulty. This dog is not safe. She is still at the shelter and still needs to be pulled.

Her temp test went well and she goes for her health check tomorrow.

I just got off the phone with one of their vet techs. Great lady but basically said if this dog is not pulled over the next few days she will be PTS.

She will not be put up for adoption b/c she is hw positive. She passed the temp test with FLYING COLORS. Very, very sweet lovely girl and affectionate.

They guesstimate her age to be 5-6.

Is anyone interested?? If so, let me know now.

Again, they said GREAT temperment. Passed their temp test. This shelter uses Sue Sternberg's temp test btw.

She will not be given a chance as they will not put her on the adoption floor given she is hw pos.
