We are picking up Wolfgang on Saturday. He's 8 weeks old and is currently on Purina One Lamb and Rice - I want to change his food but not completely sure how to go about doing this - should I buy a small bag of Purina One and switch him over like I've done with Sasha or should he stay with the Purina One for a while.

I'd give him a day or two to make the adjustment at your house on the same food. It will be upsetting enough without a new food to boot.

Then, gradually transition to the new brand by mixing it in increasing amounts with the old. Start with 90% old, 10% new...few days later 80% old, 20% new, etc....until you are at 100% new food.
