So Karma was zooming around the house the other day and bumped into a burning candle (no damage to anyone or anything), however she did get some wax in her fur. I thought i got it all out, but apparently missed two small spots. Any suggestions on how to get it out? Every time i try to work it out, she mouths my hand. So i assume she doesn't want me to touching it. Aside from me holding her down and my wife working it out, any other ideas? (she has been given a bath since this. Hence how i discovered the missed spots)

Soak a cotton ball with mineral or baby oil. Rub the cotton ball over the hair that has wax in it. Make sure the hair and wax is thoroughly coated with oil. Use a wide-toothed metal grooming comb to work through the wax-coated hair.

Have you tried using a warm blow dryer? I'd try to wrap the wax between pieces of paper towel and heat it gently with the blow dryer.
