My son's 9 week old puppy has round worms. He has been treated. Stella has been around him almost every day for a week. Can she get worms from him? She is on Interceptor year round.
And my dh is convinced he is going to get worms...he was playing with the puppy today and the puppy was licking his face. I am pretty sure people can get worms, but not sure how.....

I think if stella ate puppies poop she may become infected, or say stepped in poop and licked her feet?

If she's on interceptor which covers roundworms right? she should be ok..

I'm sure humans can get all kinds of worms as well, but honestly I'm not that "up" on transmission of round worms to humans..
