I am having trouble figuring out what a typical meal would be for my dog, right now I have him switched to raw but its the pre made natures variety. I would like to know how to do it myself as it woul dbe cheaper. I realize the ration is 80/10/10 but I am having issues figuring out what that would entail. Thanks!

Download the spreadsheet from rawdogranch.com. I primarily feed poultry necks for the bone so I use 40% bone, 45% muscle meat and 5% organ meat.

So for Jax
4 oz bone
6 oz MM
and she gets about 2 oz of liver every other day.

Also, pumpkin, eggs, yogurt and tripe with meals. Tripe is most every day. Eggs 2-3x week.

This is after feeding her RAW for almost a year. I adjust the amount of bone by looking at her stool. If it's really dry and crumbly then I had more meat to give a better balance.
