So my mom brought home a lemon pepper chicken after work. I had Chance wandering the house but he was staying pretty close. Mom and my brother were enjoying the meal while I ate my burrito. We decide to go to my moms room so she can show us this website she found. While we're in the other room laughing at this website I fail to realize that Chance isn't in there with us like he'd normally be.

Once we were done looking at the site I go to my room and my brother goes to the kitchen. All of a sudden I hear "NO CHANCE!" and I run to see what happened since my brothers not too fond of animals so I didn't know how he'd deal with Chance doing something wrong. My little dogs are under the table eating bones and meat and Chance is by the island in the kitchen facing Josh but looking at me like "Mom...I didn't do it, honest!". Yep, they stole the chicken.

First of all, Chance is allergic to chicken. Second of all, it was lemon pepper and the chicken fell on his face no doubt because for the next hour or so, he was pawing his face. I don't think he'll try that stunt again.

And yes, he's fine. He's just been itching due to the chicken he ate. His face is fine now.

He's normally not like that but I guess he decided to rebel today. Zoey probably told him to do it.

LOL Amazing the things they will get into, but you cant hardly blame him it was roasted chicken and I am sure it smelled so good.

It is a funny story but you really need to keep an eye on all of the dogs. Cooked chicken bones CAN splinter and be cause a lot of internal damage.

I thought my mom had put up the chicken. I know they can splinter and I did take them away. Yes, I should have watched him better in this case but last time I'd looked down he was laying in the floor by the bed, I didn't see him get up and leave the room. And the little dogs aren't my responciblity if they're getting into something.

Not to be gross or paranoid for you but Mien Luther was allergic to chicken. Started out with the itchies so he was on food that didn't have chicken in it. Then one night he stole a bit of chicken off the table and had the NASTIEST diarrhea. I mean it was so bad, I had to throw out an area rug and call the steam cleaner guy becuase that smell was not coming out.

In hindsight, I should have crated him!

Yeah, he had the runs this morning. Thankfully no accidents in the house (And had there been, thank goodness we no longer have carpet xD) but he woke me up 3 times within 4 hours to go outside once we got to bed.
