Black and tan because of how much tan there already is. Bi-colors don’t typically have tan on their faces like that.

Black and Tan. In comparison this is my bicolor as a pup. Very little tan on face, black markings on toes and legs and less tan on legs if that makes sense

I don’t know. I have a bi-color (Tar Heels, toe penciling, black on stomach), but he has some tan on his face and a little on his chest. Both his parents were bi-color.
