The Flinks seminars I attended he worked with each team regardless of their level of expertise or training. Before I bring a dog to a workshop/seminar I do try and get a feeling for the other attendees, figure I get more if several of the teams are about the same level I am.
On the other hand I have attended several without a dog and I think in a lot of ways it's more enjoyable and I learn more. You have no idea how much you miss when you are distracted by a dog. Seems like the good stuff always happens when I am potty breaking or bringing my dog on or off the field!
