today she was all ok and then tonight a small part around her eye is bald with no hair she looks really ugly what's that? And why only around her eyes, I only fed her cheese today is that normal??
she is only 11 weeks old is it possible that she is changing her hair? Because others told me they change it at 3-6 weeks . If she is changing when will it grow back?

Could be puppy mange (demodex). The vet can do a scraping.

how does that demodex happen? And shouldn't her eye brows fall as well if she was infected with it?

I am not sure about the eyebrows.

Demodex is a mite. It is not contagious. It is only passed from the dam to the puppies while they are lactating. And most dogs have them and they do not cause any problems, unless, the immune system is weak or immature, and the pup/dog undergoes some stress.

Then they proliferate, the immune system cannot handle them and hair starts falling out. It is not, in itself, terribly itchy like sarcoptic mange (red mange) mites. But secondary infections can complicate it.

In puppies, you can just wait until it goes away on its own. Usually it is six weeks whether you treat it or not. Using mitoban baths will dry out the skin, and make the pup look worse before he will look better. A better course of action is to use some type of natural supplements to boost the immune system. Any kind of miticide/pesticide is likely to further impede the immune system, and steroids will give the mites a boost more than your puppy.

If it gets no worse, stays localized, I would leave it alone and mark the calendar. If it gets worse -- becomes generalized, then you might have treat it more aggressively.

Here is a natural way to treat them without chemicals, if you choose to treat.

Use a combination of “Spike” Lavender oil mixed with a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond Oil or Rose Hip Seed Oil can be used topically; 1 part Spike Lavender Essential Oil ("spike" variety has better medicinal properties) to 10 parts carrier oil.
Spike Lavender Essential Oil: Spike Lavender Essential Oil
Mixed with a Carrier Oil:Aromatherapy Carrier Oils, Cold Pressed and Organic OR Aromatherapy Carrier Oils, Cold Pressed and Organic
Apply to affected areas twice daily or alternate with lemon juice. Make sure to keep these out of the pups eyes. This helps to kill the mites without any chemicals that could pull down the immune system as Selzer has stated.

You could also rotate the Lavender with Colloidal Silver.

This is a human grade immune booster that's great for dogs' that you may want to consider: Immuplex from Standard Process who specializes in whole food supplements. Amazon.com: Standard Process Immuplex - 150 Capsules: Health & Personal Care

Also, make sure you are feeding a high quality kibble so that your pup gets all of the nutrients needed.

Good Luck!
Moms:)

Resurrecting zombie thread to ask you, how do you work with lavender oil around the eye without getting it into the eye?
Especially with a puppy who will not stay still.
