Nice looking dogs. Wish they were on the east coast.
No, they are just guests of the county for now. If you follow the link you can get a description of each dog but most are written with an eye towards "selling" the dog. Aside, I would consider $160 per dog to be a bargain and a half. We got Ellie there and most are just unclaimed strays so they don't know a whole lot about them.

I've had my eye on Sheila for about a month now, it's unfortunate that she does not like cats, plus I live in pretty tight quarters but I have been eyeing her big time. Speedy looks just like my boy Korvo. And Cinderella the sable is just beautiful. I hope these three find their forever home!!!

If you're looking for a rescue that can travel to the East Coast, you might create a post in the rescue section. I know folks who move a lot of dogs through Penn and all the way up to New England. It costs less than $200 to get a dog up there from the South on road transports, and sometimes it's free on a plane. Southern shelters are poppin' full right now, so you can find almost anything you want if you have a big enough network.
