Aw, what a cute face. My tip is to be consistent from day one on basics. If you don't want her on furniture, start now. To only go out the back door, start now. To not get fed from the table etc. Easier to instill good habits then to break bad ones.

Thanks everyone! We did a lot of research before we committed to a gsd, but always wanted one. We had the pick of 4 females, and she chose us鈥r should I say our son. As soon as she saw the tiny human that was it, she was ours. She鈥檚 currently 11 weeks old, weighing in around 19lbs.

Good luck, train, train, train and make it fun for both of you. Don't allow jumping up, biting, sitting in your lap or human food unless you want it as an 80 pound dog.

That may happen as she grows? My Athena's eyebrows were tiny spots when we brought her home. (I am very inexperienced--others will be able to give a much more educated opinion on that). In any event your Athena is beautiful! I look forward to hearing about her adventures. 馃構
