beamer is a 7 month old female. we know her parents were purebred but that's about it, we bought her from an ad we saw in the paper, so she had no papers or anything. we have no intentions of breeding or showing, just interested in knowing anything you have to offer about what kind of gsd she is. thanks!

sorry if these are large. =X

this one is from the week we got her, after we brought her home, she was 12 weeks old.

I cant help to much with what type of gsd she is, but she sure is beautiful! So if her little human sister! That pic is adorable!

It may help if you post a picture of her standing showing a side view of her. Sometimes the angulation also called their "stack" pose will help the others in telling you what lines she is.

IMO, nothing in any of the pictures really points to any one type of GSD over another. She has a bit of an Ambred look about her, but her face reminds me of a lot of working line dogs. Quite likely she's a mix of different bloodlines. Beautiful dog!

thank you! we bought her for $250, the owner of her parents put an ad in the paper that said german shepherd pups, we had been looking for a husky, but it was a good deal & we wanted a puppy, she is a great dog, but we never met the parents. the owner had all black ones, we wanted a colored one like her, & she was the only multi colored one, so we took her no questions asked.

my husband did say that the parents had papers & i think one of them was a show dog. thank you again.

Really without the names of the parents and grandparents there is not much to be determined from pictures.
