At what age could a puppy start to be introduced to agility equipment?

My wee man is 14 weeks old and ive just enrolled him in a 7 week "basic puppy training" course. He already knows: sit, high 5, lie down, stay, give (when asking for his toy) etc so he has a few of the basics sorted before the course begins but id love to start agility with him as soon as its considered suitable :)

I started my current GSD in a puppy agility class when she was 14 weeks old. I son't know whether a class with older dogs wold have been good for her but she seems to love the puppy agility.

Were in puppy agility now, started at 6 months. I wanted to make sure he and I had an understanding before we started agility, but its a foundations class that goes slowly. Can he do those basic commands with lots of distractions. Start line stays have been our weakest point since he's so excited.

They usually say wait at least a year for the jumps as the dogs plates are still soft and growing. There is puppy agility stuff you can start now though. Google is a great source
Have fun :)
