I walk both dogs every morning. I have treats in my pockets for when we "stop", "sit", "down" or "look at me". There are some dogs (in yards) that bark at us as we walk by and I keep Mia from reacting by using the "look at me" command. When we get near those houses, she comes to my side, and starts "looking at me". The problem, she takes treat very aggressively on our walks-for all commands. At home she is better at taking it "nice", but she seems really keyed up on the walks and often hurts my fingers. Bella is not treat driven at all, and rarely will even take a treat on a walk, so she is not competing w/ Bella for the treat. I am hoping for some ideas...I need my fingers!
