There is no way to assess this film. The pelvis is waaaaay to skewed to even form an opinion.

Thank you for your reply. I thought it was bad positioning but wanted to post to see what you all think. My vet has said they think its HD but need to send this xray to the orthopedic vet, once I speak to them I will be complaining.

Where are you located at? Maybe people could recommend a vet that can take correctly positioned x-rays for you?

Provided examples below for you.

Thanks for your help. I live in the UK, I think everyone on here is from USA?


We don't that I have seen have a website dedicated to German shepherds over here so its good to be able to get advice from you guys. We thought the positioning was off so just need to look into another vets but when stuff like this happens it puts you off putting you puppy through it all again, but we want what's best for her and its not that vets.
