Thank you for your help with the title format, ILGHAUS.

Thank you for posting his picture and information, elliecd--he's housetrained, neutered, and UTD on shots.

I agree, Melinda; he looks younger than 10 to me, also.

It certainly does Landosmom. Ten years of faithful companionship, ten years of dedication and what does it get him??? Dumped in a dump. I'm sure he is haunted by thoughts of what he must of done that was so wrong that he ended up there!!!
Re: Walden, NY - Mason, M 10 y/o due to moving

I'm in Charleston, but I could take him here. The founder of a no-kill shelter has a friend looking for a calm, sweet, older GSD companion for his 13 year old GSD and he'll be back in town on 7/24. We could take him in the meantime, I doubt he'd be any trouble. Can he make it down here?
Re: Walden, NY - Mason, M 10 y/o due to moving

He's just over 2 hours from me. I might be able to pull him, but I'd need to get him moving again soon. Hmmm.

Re: Walden, NY - Mason, M 10 y/o due to moving

Sweet boy........we need to find him a nice loving retirement home........
Re: Walden, NY - Mason, M 10 y/o due to moving

We have someone driving to NY next week, and will be able to bring him down as far as VA that weekend (19/20), but we will have to find out if the shelter will hold him another week. If not, we might need a temp foster.
Re: Walden, NY - Mason, M 10 y/o due to moving

is it a go to VA then?
