Took him to vet who is doing ultrasound. Anyone here gone through something like this? Vet says, if tumor, it could spread to lymph nodes. I'm a wreck.

IF there is a problem why not pull them off NOW and biopsy?
My understanding is testicular cancer is rare and very slow spreading.

vet cannot remove until Wednesday. Then the wait...... Only thing giving me any relief is that I understand that most tumors are benign OR do not spread. But odds are odds....

Yes, most testicular tumors are benign, or so I was told by my vet.

I also found a small hard spot on one of my (then 11-year-old) mini poodle's testicle. My vet recommended neutering and that they would send it to analyze. So he was neutered and when the results came back, it was a very very small benign tumor.
