Nicki will learn the other dogs behaviour good and bad. Have you taken him to obedience?
Licking each others mouths is fine, there are many different reasons for this.
Take Nicki to obedience!
Of course you can play with her, it is highly recommended and fun!
How many hours you thinking? I would not recommend more than 4-5 hours to see how she does.
