Hello, we have done some looking and asking around but haven't really found anyone with the same particular issue and we are wondering if anyone else has this issue. Our 20 week old male seems to be well potty trained and hasn't actually 'squatted down' in the house for a good two months or so but he will still calmly leak a trail of pee across our kitchen or living room very suddenly basically every day. Every time we take him outside to pee or if he is outside playing and needs to go he will stop and squat or lift a leg and go. It is almost impossible to catch him doing this 'walking pee' since he shows no sign of having to go and sometimes it is only an hour or two after he has went outside. He seems to let us know when he has to go(he will come give us a look and whine/bark and when we ask if he 'needs to go potty' he will give us a couple good barks and we take him out to go)

We're hoping he just needs to 'grow out of this'(hopefully sooner than later). He also dribbles pee when anyone new comes around or even if he hasn't seen me for awhile, he gets excited to see people and we know this part is pretty common for the younger pups.

Thanks for any input/advice.

Agis did this a bit - we were reorganizing closets and the bedroom and that was just excitement, but he had a weekend where we'd find these pee trails.

We did test him for a UTI - I don't know how easy it will be to test that with the pandemic stuff, but it's worth considering whether your guy has one.

Otherwise, we took Agis's housebreaking back a few steps and he regained his status as housebroken fairly quickly!
