the positioning is wrong but they seem okay
if you are sending to ofa you may need a new set with correct positioning

Actually the positioning is not bad at all, if you look at the pelvis, the space on each side if pretty even. Femoral heads are not deepseated in acetabulum...

So shallow.. but how bad? Problematic? Borderline? Do you see issues there?

The pelvis is crooked. Technique not great. But acceptable.

The left hip(as you look at it) has less than 50% coverage of the femoral head. There is thickening of both necks.

Maybe a Fair.

is it my imagination or does the leg on the right side of the image have a bit of a angle to the bone . About one thumb's width beneath the white printed 129 mm there appears to be a horizontal slightly angled vvvvv mark and the bone below this mark is "furry" not as clear as the leg on the left side of the image (as we are seeing it).

Has this dog had an injury at some point that was repaired ?

I was thinking fair also, but it is up to the 3 vets who read the xrays.
Nobody can say whether she will or will not have issues later in life. OFA rating will not affect her quality of life, just if she is breeding quality or not.
I have seen hips on dogs look so bad you wonder how they walk, much less run and play, and basically good hips and the dog doesn't want to move. Each dog has its own pain capacity if there is pain.
Will be interesting what OFA grades your girl.
