Judging by the face I would say American Showlines in his pedigree. He is at an age where they really look awkward. Photos of his entire body, in more of a stacked position, helps to see his overall structure. He is very cute.

Appreciate your feed back, I really don’t like some of the commentaries I’ve gotten about him in person, this person said to me, “I used to own four German Shepherds, even if an expert says he’s not mixed he’s probably mixed.”
...I was all, “Thanks, I’ll tell him you said that.” ?
Yeah, I didn’t realize I posted in the wrong place and couldn’t figure out how to delete my post.

He's adorable. Don't let people bother you. My Shelby is a 'mostly' German Shepherd mix. She looks enough and sounds enough like a GSD to intimidate people. That's all that matters. (She's really a cupcake, but we won't tell people that.) HA!
