T- Touch training

New here an not sure if I'm posting in right area, but would appreciate some help as to where I can find help with T-Touch techniques. Any good books I can purchase? Any advice? My girl is very much attached to me and spends majority of walks off lead. She ignores other dogs and doesn't seek them out, but if she gets "rushed" on a walk by an "over excited dog/dogs" that have bad recall and are off lead, my girl will panic, an if she ends up cornered she gets highly stressed (raised hackles barred teeth lip curling etc). She'll return to me an I'll block the other dogs, but was recommended by trainer to use the T touch techniques to help calm her when she returns to my side an help diffuse her stress. She's 17months old an we've only had an issue twice, 1st time 16weeks old pavement walking on lead, the other dog came flying out of nowhere. Owners appeared a short while later, an then 2nd time was last week in the woods on a training walk. My girl was on a longline. Other dog offlead. Although he did return to owner on second recall. Thanks in advance for any help

If your trainer knows how to do the T-touch, then I would start and request training sessions with you and your dog. This is the website for Linda Tellington who developed the T-touch http://www.ttouch.com/ If you page further down, you will find the section for companion animals. There are also videos, books, and equipment in the online store. On the right side, she has a link to her Youtube videos. There is also a section that lists practioners so there may be one in your area.

No my trainer only knew how to show me a couple of moves she just thinks it's a good move for my Sash, but she has kindly arranged for a lady who I believe is now retired (and trained in T-touch) to come join our group walk in the next couple of weeks and work with me there. Thank you for the link Mary Beth much appreciated, trainer is bringing a book to next dog walk, but that's not till feb 7th so I kinda wanted to read up and get up to speed before the walk. Thanks again will go look at link now
