Question Daily training

Hi everyone!!
I have 2 years old GSD, we have done basic obedience and have passed the exam. But now I still working on basic commands, so that he would be able to make it even better. So I wanted to ask you what is your daily workout, what you are learning and how. Because every time I am doing almost the same -
This is my plan:
1. I started with the heel command,
2. then sit, stay, stand, down.
3. Then go to place
4. Fetch elements (we still have some problems with this, because my dog like to chew object - I don't know how it calls in English ...Maybe you can help with this command, give me some advice. )
5. In the end we just try to do some tricks, just for fun.
So this is my plan, sometimes i change it and we also still working on basic commands in school.
But maybe you can write there what is your day plan, because I want something new. I one more question- what you bettter use in workout - treats or some toy?
I really wait for your answers

>>> teach him to heel on either side with or without a leash.
>>> teach him hand signals.
>>> "back up".
>>> "stop".
>>> "find it". you hide things. then send your dog to find them.

when i train i use treats and a lot of praise. i slowly phase out the treats.
