I really need help with a Training Schedule!

As stated in the title, I really need help with a training schedule. If someone experienced could give me an example of a good weekly training schedule for an 11 month old puppy that I am currently trying to train to heel and work on sitstay and downstay and already knows sit/down/shake/roll on side/roll over/ kiss/etc.

We take an hour walk every morning at 7am and an hour walk every evening either at 6pm or 8pm depending on school, as well as play fetch for 30 minutes in the afternoon.

If you could give me some good examples like:
Train heeling for ___ minutes (before/after) hour walk.
Train sitstay for ___ minutes (before/after) hour walk.
Practice all known tricks (before/after) training new ones.
In afternoon, take Rocky to petsmart for socializing for ___minutes
I am at a complete loss, almost like someone new to a gym that knows all the equipment but doesn't know how many body parts to work a day or how many exercises to do per body part.

Please help me effectively train Rocky! I really need a good routine.
