Cool "The Perfect Dog"- Training Method??

I know this sounds odd, first I heard of it was this weekend, but a neighbor of mine was talking about a commercial he saw for this training program (DVD's and Collar) called "The Perfect Dog". He's thinking of getting it but cant find anyone first hand for a review. I guess it's based on training done with killer whales (??? shamu?).

I told them anything that says PERFECT makes me skeptical. They liked the way Ruby responds and is trained but I told them it took a lot of work, weekends, and we are still always working at it.

If anyone here as seen this commercial and experienced the training or knows anything about it, could you please post your opinions? I told them I'd try and get input before they mailed away thier money. I didnt bother pulling up the informercial cuz I wanted to hear some REAL reactions and opinions.

Thanks!
