Help, puppy training issues

Sophie’s my beautiful almost 5 months German Shepherd puppy. I’m having difficulty teaching her new tricks. She doesn’t seem to care to learn or she just isn’t catching on. Is this normal for young Shepherds? Will it change as she mature’s? Any suggestions, open to anything.

What is it you want her to learn?

Yes, some more details and background info would help others to offer advice. Are you training her tricks or basic obedience? Sign up for an obedience class with an experienced trainer. Have fun and be consistent, lots of short sessions rather than long ones, mix up training with some play (tug, chase, ect), use high value treats.
