Need help potty training

I have a female 22 weeks old and she refuses to go to the bathroom outside, we can put her on a tie out for a couple hours,or walk her for 30 min she refuses to go outside as soon as we bring her in she will go in her crate. She will occasionally use puppy pads if we let her run inside. Any and all advice is much appreciated.

Every 15 minutes take her out. If she's refusing to go outside, leash her to you. She's learned to eliminate in her crate, so that won't work.

It does not bother her to void or defecate in her kennel we have even put her in a smaller one we have taken her out every 30 to 45 min she will still hold till she comes inside that's when we got tie out and fed outside then she held for a few hours. I'm at a loss.

Take the pup potty on a leash and praise when it otties outside. Interrupt inside pottyingmrush outside to finish and praise, praise praise. You have to be present

Whoops sounds like you reverse crate trained her. She thinks the crate is the bathroom. How big is her crate?

It should only be big enough to lie down. Not lie down and have a potty corner on the opposite side. If the crate is too big get a divider. You either have to be very fast at interrupting her when she tries to go in the crate or remove the crate and start potty training from scratch.

I don't find puppy pads helpful. They teach a dog that it is okay to go inside.
