Red face Potty training my puppy?

My puppy cashew is four months old and I have already taught him how to use the bathroom outside and he does a really good job but he always uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and I would like to know how I can stop him from doing that. Is it not possible right now because his bladder is to small? I feed him before we go to bed at night and make sure that he uses the bathroom before we go to bed and he still ends up using the bathroom and he doesn't get water at bedtime.

My pup is 3 months old and whilst he isn't house trained he now never goes at night and sleeps all the way through not needing the toilet. Have you got a crate? I would highly recommend it, dogs don't usually toilet where they sleep and giving him a small space really helps as they whine to get out when they need to toilet. Your pup probably has the capacity to hold it but doesn't feel the need to due to so much space. Crate training our pup has been a godsend as we've never had an accident in the bedroom, he only toilets in the kitchen where his puppy pads are! Good luck!

Glad to help also make sure you manage your pups food and water before bed. I feed loki at 5-6pm and take the water bowl away at about 7-8 then it's bed time at about 10pm.. Basically don't let him drink before bed haha!

i fed my dog around 6-ish pm and i took the water away at 7-ish pm.
between 6pm and 10pm i took my dog out 4x's or more. at 4 months
old i was taking him out 2x's overnight. at 4am he always came to
one of us so we could take him out. around 7 or 8 months old he stopped
waking one of us up to go out at 4am.

my boy is 4 months and drinks a lot of water- he does sleep from 830pm until 430 am in his crate without incident.
But he needs to pee otherwise almost every hour- therefore he has had several accidents in the house. Always take him out after waking up.
He eats at 5am and 2pm every day with my other guys.
