6.5 Month old GSD Hip/Right Rear Leg problem

Hi guys, I am new to this site and have done a lot of reading on here but needed some opinions on my problem.

We adopted our puppy "Bhaaloo" at 3 months from a shelter "so we do not know the parent's history" and have had him for about 3.5 months. We just noticed that he was kind of swinging his hip on our walk earlier today and his right rear leg looked like it was limping. On top of that he has seemed very tired the last 2-3 days.

We recently had a new neighbor move in with a 1 year old shiba move in and they have been playing non stop "sometimes rough" so we understand that this could have been from one of their playdates.

I have been reading up on hip dysplasia and pano but I may be overreacting. Anyone have any idea of what this issue can be?

PS we will probably take him to the vet if this keeps up for another day or two.

It is impossible to diagnose a problem like this over the internet, but definitely take him to the vet if it continues.
