Opinions on these hips?

Sedated 1 year old male.

The look pretty good to me. Boy that dog has some leg muscles, particularly for being 1 year old.

I'm a little concerned about the positioning after seeing some of the others in comparison?

I think his knees are at least a good 3 inches too close together?

They are ...... are these for submission .......for a stamp or for oFA prelim? I would not sweat if for a prelim but if you want to optimize OFA score maybe find someone who does good digital x-rays for OFA submission. You could also do elbows.

That was the plan...They are being submitted for OFA...no A stamp this is an American dog. I think these were digital. They put them on a disk for me to take home. This is a picture of my own home computer screen. I did elbows as well but couldn't get a good picture of them. For some reason the file they gave me does not have downloadable images it's like an actual program. Weird.

I wanted to have an accurate idea of whether or not his hips would pass before I spent even more money than I already have showing him.
