NASAR revised testing requirements

For those that may not get this, and I realize many teams self certify and or do not use NASAR standards which is fine, but I wanted to post this because it does affect how teams use resources and everyone needs to be aware of what various standards are so they can utilize resources effectively.

The revisions to the NASAR canine standards are in the newsletter link below.
http://www.nasar.org/files/canine/ne...ds_July_12.pdf

Mainly they have completely eliminated the pack requirement for ALL disciplines. (I think NASAR was the only standard that had a pack requirement anyway) The new standards may or may not meet team requirements.

The reduction in fees is good. If they can *can* some of the grandfathered in evaluators and get some new ones.....that would be good.

Beau's uncle, Rocco, is in the magazine! Awwww.

We are still pushing everyone towards NAPWDA and be done with it. Enough accessible trainers and master trainers local to us............

The reduction in fees is very good, if it actually is.
Yes, there are some evaluators that need to go.

I agree if NAPWDA, or whatever is what you have access to, then you need to use it. We don't here, so our options are limited. And some of NAPWDA's standards don't do us any good here.
