Night Time mishaps

Hiya guys, sorry if this is the wrong area!
Basically Pepper is 10 weeks and a bit now and she’s amazing. Super well behaved, training really well (sit, down, up, paw, stay, wait and spin so far, which I think is incredible, but I did have a bulldog who barely managed sit ?)
Anyway, she’s mostly toilet trained too. Except on a night.
For some reason I cannot get her to go potty before bed. Spent an hour in the snow the other night playing games and fetch and nothing works!
Then she comes in, goes to bed, then I wake up 2 hours later to the lovely aroma wafting through the house! I do it all again, outside, waiting around, then another 2 hrs and I’m up again with the same issue.
She eats morning 8am and evening 5:30pm. She is having treats whilst training up to 8-9pm intermittently.
Is there a way to solve this? Iv got 2 weeks before she can start walks to tire her out on an evening!!!
Much love.
Ps. I added a picture ?
PPS. Okay two pictures ?

I would not be giving treats after her evening meal. If you want to train use her meal. When I take my puppy out to potty we do not play or do fun stuff until after they potty. Otherwise the puppy is too distracted to actually potty. Take her out, give her a few minutes to potty if she does then the games can start, if she doesn't take her back inside crate her for 10 - 15 minutes and try again. She will quickly learn to potty first then play. Also make sure you are cleaning her crate out with an enzymatic cleaner to remove all odor. If it smells like a potty she will use it like one.

If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
