Excessive panting?

Hi! I have an 11 week old GSD/Aussie mix puppy who I've been working on house training/crate training, and I am new to this so at first I put her in the living room and would go into my bedroom but she would whine so loud and make weird noises until she made herself sick. So I brought her into my room (after reading about anxiety etc) and this morning she did fantastic, no real whining, went to sleep just as I did after hardly any sleep her first couple days (me, not her) lol, but tonight I brought her into the room and she has been excessively panting in the crate, I tried giving her water, but she was fine after she exited the crate....am I doing something wrong? Or is she still uncomfortable with the crate??

How long is she panting for? It could be excitement.

Snitches get stitches.

On and off for around an hour. She had been played with all day/running around and she laid down to go to sleep so I told her to lay down and she went into her crate but then that started.
