Switching to Raw - 6 mo puppy

So i think i found a pretty good source in my area for, lets call it, premixed raw food in 2 lb chubs. I want to start out with something like this first and then look into sourcing everything myself. I hunt quite a bit as well, so i am thinking that will be a big source of my muscle meat/RMBs in the future.

Anyways, the mix i am getting includes these ingredients (proportioned in 80/10/10). I am going to get sardines as well, feed 1 or 2 per day.

Green Unbleached Grass-Fed Tripe
Beef Heart
Beef Muscle Meat
Ground Bone
Trachea, Spleen and Gullet (when available)
Kidney
Liver

My question is...Is there anything else i should be looking at adding? My puppy is only 6 months so i want to make sure she has a well balanced diet.

My pup and I thank you in advance!

For a puppy, I would not use this mix unless it states: "All meals are carefully formulated and tested to meet or exceed AAFCO canine nutritional profiles and the National Research Council’s guidelines for dog nutrition." (or similar)

Puppies need the correct amount of nutrients to grow and develop properly.

Here are Darwin's ingredients for an example. Note the nutrient mix. Some "raw feeders" who make their own recipes do not include vegetables.
Beef (77.44%): Ground Lean Beef Meat, Beef Hearts, Beef Livers, and Beef Kidneys.
Vegetables (20.26%): Yams, Beets, Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Broccoli, Celery, and Parsley (vegetables may vary based on seasonality).
Special Nutrient Mix (2.30%): Organic Hemp Seed Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Calcium Carbonate, lnulin, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Proteinate, Sea Salt, Vitamin E, Zinc Proteinate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Manganese Proteinate, Iodine.
