I've got some Deer/Venison opportunities

As the title says, but I need to act fast!

I've got poo troubles with my pup and I'm planning on switching over to raw within the week (as soon as I get enough stuff to be able to start and commit) I've got all my materials printed and ready for reading, and I just must be lucky because bam! I got a text from my granddad that he and a friend just shot a deer each today, and are processing! I need to know what to ask for. I know they are keeping the good cuts, but I imagine they are throwing away all the "junk meat" because they have gotten older and pickier =)

So what should I ask for to freeze? I am not experienced enough yet to know, but I don't want to waste this opportunity either! Thank you so much everyone!

Heart, liver, tongue. Ask them to keep all the trimmings from their cuts. I give my dog the full legs to chew and eat.
I have heard to be careful if the wasting disease is prevalent in the area these deer came from.

I have had poo problems too. Honestly, Feed-Sentials worked great.
