Is Panacur safe?

Also, what kind of wormer would you use on a litter of puppies under 6 weeks old?

Pyrantel Pamoate is safe for young puppies and, I believe, so is Febendazole (Panacur/Safegard). There are specific wormers made for puppies and pregnant females which might be the safest to use if you are unsure of what to use. Also, checking with the vet is often a good idea.

Thank you!

So is it safe to worm anytime during the pregnancy, like around day 50-55, or is that too late in the pregnancy?

I don't like running poisons through my pregnant females, though before the eggs attach early in pregnancy is tolerable FOR ME and that is only if I have to give Heartgard plus. I would talk to your vet or a reproductive specialist or I would wait until after whelping.
wolfstraum and Sabis mom like this.
