I love lilacs. Mine are thinking about opening. But my bush is still young. Did some tracking today.

Wow, yes - gorgeous collar! I am grateful that Rumo has such a thick neck ruff that any collar put on him basically disappears into the fur...then I can resist the temptation to order one!

Finally the grass in growing in! Obi loves being my puppy sous chef on the grill and he has recently become obsessed with the chuck it which is great when cooking. Still plenty of rain in site but, at least it's warming up!

There were kids, and piglets and lamb and calves but I didn't get many photos of the babies. The urge to bark and herd these critters is strong in our dogs. Even though our dogs were under control, each time a curious youngster would come to the fence, a little "hey I see you" bark would send the scurrying back to mom. The adults, on the other hand, realized the dogs were no threat. It was interesting to watch my big-boy watch the animals, sizing them up and who knows what else.

They also love watching fishermen. Our big-boy gets excited with every cast ever since the day he saw someone pull a fish out of the water.

Had to head out early. Temps in the mid to high 60s (F) and humidity was going up a bit. Did a fun and easy article search and then a 3 mile neighborhood walk with a quick wade in a local pond.
