I googled 43 C = 109 F. HOLY COW!!!

You should go into your User Control Panel and update your location. You could probably get ideas from some people in your local area. Do you have a kid pool? Is there access to a lake somewhere near? That heat reminds me of the days in California! I didn't have a dog then. Sorry. It doesn't get that hot here in NC.

I don't think your dog should be out for extended periods of time when it is that hot outside. Potty breaks only... Walk him before the sun comes up and after its come down.

If you must have him with you

Something like this might work. I still wouldn't have him outside long.

Never done it, but I hear about a lot of people in my area cutting their dog's hair. Not shaving but taking a good amount off to keep them cool. Just a thought. Titan is having a hard time too. I think regular groom to keep his coat as light as it can be would help. You could also leave a kiddie pool with water out so he can run through it and cool off.

I'm interested in what people have to say, I am kind of in the same situation being that this is Titan's first summer in Florida. He is used ot Germany weather! Lol it's quite different!
