Socializing an older pup

Okay so right after Heidi died, I rescued GSD puppy. She was kept isolated and locked up in a backroom. Now she's wild and crazy and has little focus. When I do training she stays pretty focused. She sits, heels, lays down, stays (amazingly perfect stays). But her issue is she was never socialzed with other dogs. (Or people for that matter) How can I go about training her now that she is almost a year old? I would love to do agility (or maybe Schutzhund even), but I worry about her lack of socialization.

Does the rescue have any resources for training? Or do you have a club you can go to/ maybe a private trainer for a few lessons will help before you can attend a group training class.
Thank you for rescuing her, wish you the best with her!

She came from a family, not an organization, so there is no help there. And all the trainers around here suck. I have tried the only trainer in my county, but she and I just didn't work well together.

Are there any SchH clubs in your area? Maybe someone there can help you or get you in contact with a trainer or they can do an eval for you and see if your pup is a good fit for training with them.

I think the closest one is a couple hours away. I have checked on the USCA website. It would be worth a drive to have her evaluated, but I can't ever get in contact with anyone in ANY of the clubs. It's really frustrating.
