Coming to a stand from sit?

I am hoping to show my puppy Zeke in his first rally show in February. He's coming along nicely in our training classes, but is definitely ready to work ahead a bit. I was looking at the APDT exercises, and see that one is Halt-Sit-Stand. How do I train him to come to a stand from a sit? (We use clicker/treats on a buckle collar.) Thanks!

Use a treat to draw him forward with his head down. Head goes down - butt goes up.

I pulled the lure forward to bring her to a stand. Once she understood, I then moved my position and mixed it up with Down and Sit so she understood she could Stand from any position and she needed to understand that Stand didn't mean walk.
