Need help with recall!!!

Not even sure where to start with this one. Shadow is nearly 9 months old, usually very well behaved. She has been attending obedience classes every week for nearly 3mths now, and doing great. She can and will do everything perfectly at school , however..... out of school at the park her recall isn't so spot on, she is reluctant/ slow to respond. Then when my nieces male (neutered) german shepherd or my sister's lab (neutered) are around her listening skills are virtually zero! I know we need to work on her recall, my son is constantly doing this. She has no interest in treats. My son will put her on a 7 meter leash to practice her recall, she does great. We think it's safe to let her off and again she's not to bad (not responding right away, but responding) Put the other two dogs (her best friends) in the mix, and all training is gone. Help!!! We are obviously doing something wrong, what is it?

We have the same problem with Mac. But he is getting better. My only advice is to find a treat that he does have interest in. Mac would get distracted at class and the trainer kept trying different treats until she found something he couldn't resist
