You should work with your dogs individually. And yes, you can train your older yorkies. Clicker training is a good technique - have fun with it.

Re: clicker training with more than one dog.how

I love my yorkies just like Magic (2yr Fem GSD) . Problem is in the past, when ever i would get treats i would just give them to yorki 's, no tricks or request just treats.

Now that I am trying to train Magic . When i approach if the yorki's know i have treats ,they just jump and reach no matter what i say ,they just keep jumping with little smiles wanting treats. If i put my hand down to show them they just go nuts and want treats. What can I do ?

Your dogs are NEVER to old to learn anything!

But best to always separate when initially training a behavior. Otherwise too confusing for dogs and humans!
