I mean, besides comparing and contrasting dog butts, did she say ANYTHING as to why these dogs would make good dogs for people that do not want to get off their bum?

No.

Beagles make good indoor dogs? Maybe, they also have a tendency to gain weight to unhealthy proportions when they are not exercised. How does that make them a good apartment dog?

Yeah, I saw this on the beagle forum. Same comments about the 'butt' fetish. What a waste of time.

Beagles and Schipperke make good indoor door dogs?! I don't think this list offers good advice. It seems completely based on appearance and cuteness (mostly of their butts) not any important traits of the dogs. Schipperke are very high drive and certainly not for someone who just wants a cute toy.

Agreed! And when my beagle mix is walking around with his tail up in the air, I don't find looking at his butt hole so cute. Just sayin'. (Sorry for the visual.) HA!

I couldn't even get halfway through. What were the 10 dogs she was talking about? What's with the dog butt fascination?

The whole premise of this is silly--ignoring the, uh, flaws in production and script.

It's stunning to me that hunting and sporting breeds are suggested for people who don't want to take their dogs outside because they live in apartments with 20 floors of stairs or go on outdoor adventures. Terriers and hounds live for outdoor adventures. Terriers without the chance to express their terrier nature can sometimes become neurotic...but watch one outdoors sniffing after rodents and chasing squirrels....pure joy for the dog!

If you live in a building with 20 flights of stairs and don't want to go outside, get a cat with a litter box. Or a goldfish.
