Continue to provide the URL's of all the popups and we'll send them up to be blocked.

GypsyGhost is now getting this when she tries to access the board. Is someone trying to fix all these problems?

I've been around web dev for 10+ years now and if it's nothing the admins have installed themselves, I'd contact the web hosting provider. Some hosts, especially free(although a free host wouldn't be able to keep a site of this size online for free) tend to install ads by default, and redirect users. Back when I was younger my go to was free hosting and they put some nasty stuff on their servers in order to make money. Horrible business model for the hosts, but they've got to make money somehow.

This in particular is an SSL issue. The owners of the site should look into purchasing an SSL certificate. It'll give you a little green icon next to the URL letting browsers and users know the site is secure. As of right now it looks like we have a basic certificate, which I'm pretty sure is free. It appears the SSL certificate we're even using isn't even for this domain name. It belongs to FlyFishBC. Which is likely another site the owners own, but I suggest getting a proper, separate one specifically for this forum. It expires next month anyways, so I'd look into a proper one in the mean time.

Hey there,

Is the user accessing this site through a bookmark? If so, is the link associated with the bookmark on https?
What are the details after clicking "show details"?

Ed

What browser? What error messages? What's the specific issue?

Is the password not working? Are you waiting up to 15 seconds for the site to fully load?

Safari on my iPhone. It says "Login incorrect". It doesn't matter how long I wait or how many times I try it. I can login on my home computer (Mac with Safari) and my work computer (Windows PC with Firefox). I have always remained logged in on my phone, but got kicked off with the Amazon Prime Day ads and have not been able to log in since.

This is the redirect / spam I’m getting now when I try and access from my iPhone 8 using Safari.

I can browse the board but as soon as I try and DO something like post or edit, this sort of thing crashes the site.
