Does anyone use the vacuum on their dogs?

I know that some people successfully valuum their cats - it didn't work for us..

Anyone does it with their GSD?

Thank you,
Tanya

No. I don't think my dogs would be happy to be vacuumed, and certainly not my cat.

I've done it I use the attachment not just the hose as that can grab the skin.

That wouldn't end well, my dogs want to kill the vacuum.

My Luke loves to be vacuumed. Even tho when he was younger, he wanted to kill it too!

I don't with my current dogs but I've said that the next one will be trained as a pup to accept it. In the past I've only had one shepherd at a time and now I have three. <We need a smilie drowning in hair.>

Do you think one of those vacuum systems at a car wash might be overkill?

I use the hardwood floor attachment to vaccum "dust" from my boy. only when he's really dusty and covere3d in dirt. it took some carefull introductions but he's ok with it now.

Re: Does anyone use the vacuum on their dogs?

It took a very long time and lots of treats, but Sheba will now tolerate it if I vacuum her with the hardwood floor attachment. She isn't very happy about it, but will tolerate it for a short time.

Cash loves to be vacuumed. Rocky won't put up with it.
