Best Non-Slip Harness or Collar

Any recommendations for either a non-slip harness or collar for a wriggly young dog who goes

into acrobatics when seeing other dogs on her outings. The current harness has either stretched

or she has lost weight and is not fool proof any more. The collar fits well but can be slipped off

at times if she accidently backs up. And I don't want this to become a habit.

Is there a leash that attachs to both collar and harness (mid-back) ?

thanks

What about a martingale collar? They're similar to a slip lead in that they tighten when the dog tries to wiggle out of it. They sell them online or I've seen them at pet stores now too.

You also may need to tighten up the harness. May not be enough so she can slip out.

I also use martingales (lupinepet.com). For harnesses, they are meant for forward motion and I found a resourceful pup can usually back out of them. When my boy was little I rigged a way to attach the leash to both the harness and the collar so that if he backed out of his harness, the collar still held.
