Help with stitches

My German Shepherd puppy was spayed today and I picked her up around 7pm. I looked at her stitches just now before bed and noticed this lump where she was cut. Is this a pulled stitch? Do I need to take her back tomorrow morning?

It just looks like a skin pucker to me (from the stitches pulling in the skin tight).

My rescue had that too, and it healed up beautifully - just keep an eye on it, but it should not be a problem.
